Haifa Falafel

Haifa Falafel was launched in 2008 by Ali Usman in the Glencoe Crossing center on Washtenaw Avenue, according to the Ann Arbor Observer. The mostly take-out menu is built around made-to-order falafel and chicken shawarma, served as sandwiches or in bowls over rice or mujaddara. In 2025 it added a second location at 1721 Plymouth Rd.
