La Gelati is a family-owned ice cream, crepe and waffle shop that started on Ford Road in Dearborn Heights in 2013 and has grown to six Michigan locations plus one in Milwaukee, including stores on Schaefer Road and in West Dearborn. It is known for novelty crepes shaped like sushi, fettuccine and rolled cones, along with ashta fruit bowls, Biscoff sundaes, qashta smoothies and milkshakes, under the motto 'The Factory of Happiness.'
