Meat Moot is a smoked-meat restaurant chain founded in Istanbul in 2021, and the Novi restaurant at Twelve Mile Crossing at Fountain Walk is its first Michigan location. What Now Detroit reported in October 2023 that franchisee Hasah Musleh planned to open it that December. Meats are slow-cooked for 16 hours and served in large shared portions.
