Is Blaze Pizza halal?

No halal claim

Blaze Pizza makes no halal claim for its US restaurants. Its FAQ does not mention halal, and the menu includes pepperoni, ham, bacon and meatballs.

The longer answer

Blaze Pizza's FAQ page (checked October 2026) covers ordering, rewards, gluten and plant-based questions. It does not mention halal or say where its meat comes from. We found no halal statement or certifier anywhere on the pages we read.

The US menu lists pork toppings alongside everything else. The Carnivore pizza is described as "a savory mix of pepperoni slices, julienned ham and crumbled meatballs", and bacon appears on salads. Blaze does not describe its chicken or meatballs as halal.

For people avoiding meat altogether, the FAQ says: "Our Original, House-made Gluten-Free and High-Rise dough options are all vegan. We also offer spicy chorizo (vegan), vegan cheese (soy-free) and a variety of veggies." The same FAQ notes that all pizzas share one oven, in the context of gluten cross-contact.

What to check before you order

Treat the meat as not halal unless a specific restaurant shows you a certificate. If you order a cheese or veggie pizza, ask for fresh gloves and a clean cutter, since pork toppings are handled on the same line and all pizzas share one oven.

How we decide

We only report what the company or its certifier has said publicly, and we link to it below. We do not test food, and we do not take a brand’s word from a single franchise. If a location tells you something different from this page, trust the location and tell us.
