Is Carrabba's Italian Grill halal?

No halal claim

Carrabba's Italian Grill makes no halal claim. We found no halal statement on its site, and the menu includes pork chops, Chicken Marsala and a wine list.

The longer answer

We found no halal statement or certifier on the Carrabba's Italian Grill website (checked October 2026). The site has no standalone FAQ page that we could open. Its contact page and menu pages do not mention halal or kosher food.

The Wood-Fired Grill Steaks and Chops section of the menu lists a Tuscan-Grilled Pork Chop next to the sirloin, filet and ribeye, so pork and beef appear in the same wood-fired grill section. The signature chicken dishes include Chicken Marsala, a dish named for marsala wine, and the menu has its own Sangria and Wine sections.

The menu does not say how the chicken or beef is sourced or slaughtered. Carrabba's is owned by Bloomin' Brands.

What to check before you order

The meat is not sold as halal. For seafood, pasta or vegetarian dishes, ask whether the sauce is made with wine and whether sausage, pancetta or prosciutto is included.

How we decide

We only report what the company or its certifier has said publicly, and we link to it below. We do not test food, and we do not take a brand’s word from a single franchise. If a location tells you something different from this page, trust the location and tell us.
