Is Chick-fil-A halal?

No

No. Chick-fil-A says on its own support site that it does not have menu items that meet halal standards.

The longer answer

Chick-fil-A's customer-support FAQ answers the question directly: "At this time, we do not have menu items that meet Halal standards." The statement covers the whole US menu and is not limited to particular restaurants.

We found no Chick-fil-A statement naming a halal certifier or any halal-certified location in the US.

What to check before you order

Nothing on the menu is offered as halal. If you eat there anyway, use Chick-fil-A's Nutrition and Allergens page to check ingredients of meat-free items, and ask the restaurant about shared fryers.

How we decide

We only report what the company or its certifier has said publicly, and we link to it below. We do not test food, and we do not take a brand’s word from a single franchise. If a location tells you something different from this page, trust the location and tell us.
