Is Little Caesars halal?
Little Caesars has no corporate halal claim; a Dearborn, Michigan franchise that once sold "halal pepperoni" was sued over it in 2017.
The longer answer
Little Caesars' US website (checked October 2026) does not mention halal or name a certifier.
In 2017 customers sued over the Little Caesars on Schaefer Road in Dearborn, Michigan, alleging pizzas in boxes labeled "halal" were topped with regular pork pepperoni. A Wayne County judge dismissed the first suit in September 2017. Little Caesars' lawyer called the suit frivolous and said ready-made Hot-N-Ready pizzas typically are not halal, and the plaintiff's attorney said the halal pepperoni had since been removed.
We could not confirm whether any US Little Caesars currently offers a halal option.
What to check before you order
Standard pepperoni is pork. If a store advertises a halal topping, ask to see the supplier's halal certificate, and confirm your pizza is made to order rather than taken from the ready-made rack.
How we decide
We only report what the company or its certifier has said publicly, and we link to it below. We do not test food, and we do not take a brand’s word from a single franchise. If a location tells you something different from this page, trust the location and tell us.
