Is P.F. Chang's halal?
P.F. Chang's makes no halal claim for its US restaurants. Its FAQ does not mention halal and the menu includes several pork dishes.
The longer answer
P.F. Chang's US FAQ (checked October 2026) covers gluten, nutrition information and recipes but does not mention halal. It advises guests on a special diet to speak with a manager or chef during their visit.
The US menu includes pork items such as Pork Belly Bao Buns, Pork Egg Rolls, Pork Dumplings and BBQ Pork Spare Ribs, so pork is cooked in the same kitchens as the chicken and beef dishes. The site also has beverage and happy hour pages.
One community listing stands apart. Zabihah lists the West New York, New Jersey restaurant (10 Port Imperial Boulevard) as partially halal, saying staff gave a verbal assurance and that only halal beef is available there. The listing notes alcohol is served and that no further evidence is on file. It is a community report about one location, not a company statement.
What to check before you order
Assume the meat is not halal at US locations unless the restaurant itself confirms otherwise. Ask about pork, shared woks and fryers, and cooking wine in sauces.
How we decide
We only report what the company or its certifier has said publicly, and we link to it below. We do not test food, and we do not take a brand’s word from a single franchise. If a location tells you something different from this page, trust the location and tell us.
