Is Quiznos halal?
Quiznos makes no halal claim on its US website. Bacon or smoked ham appears in most of its featured subs, including several chicken and turkey ones.
The longer answer
We found no halal statement or certifier on the Quiznos US website (checked October 2026). The site has no general FAQ page that we could find, and its Ingredient Sourcing page talks only about cage-free eggs and supplier standards. It says nothing about halal or how its meat is slaughtered.
Pork runs through the featured menu. The Honey Bacon Club is made with turkey breast, smoked ham and bacon, the Spicy Monterey has turkey and smoked ham, and the Chicken Carbonara, Baja Chicken, Mesquite Chicken and Honey Mustard Chicken all come with bacon. The Peppercorn Steak uses Black Angus steak.
Quiznos does not describe its steak, chicken or turkey as halal. Its subs are served toasted, and the site does not say whether pork and other subs are toasted separately.
What to check before you order
Most chicken and turkey subs include bacon or ham by default, so read the description and ask for it to be left off. Ask the franchise directly about its meat supplier, since the company site gives no halal information.
How we decide
We only report what the company or its certifier has said publicly, and we link to it below. We do not test food, and we do not take a brand’s word from a single franchise. If a location tells you something different from this page, trust the location and tell us.
