Is Round Table Pizza halal?

No halal claim

Round Table Pizza makes no halal claim. Its menu includes pepperoni, Italian sausage, salami, linguica, ham and bacon, though it says its cheese uses no animal rennet.

The longer answer

Round Table Pizza's FAQ (checked October 2026) does not mention halal, and we found no halal statement or certifier on its FAQ or menu pages.

The FAQ does describe the cheese: "We use a cheese blend of 80% whole-milk mozzarella, 10% aged cheddar, and 10% provolone. Our cheeses are manufactured with a microbial enzyme, we do not use animal rennet."

The menu lists a range of pork toppings. Specialty pizzas include Italian sausage, pepperoni, salami and linguica, the Maui Zaui has ham with bacon, and the sandwiches include a Ham Club and an Italian Meat Sandwich. Chicken appears on several pizzas, but Round Table does not describe it as halal.

What to check before you order

Cheese and vegetable pizzas such as the Guinevere's Garden Delight avoid the meat question. Ask the restaurant about shared cutters and prep surfaces, since most specialty pizzas carry pork.

How we decide

We only report what the company or its certifier has said publicly, and we link to it below. We do not test food, and we do not take a brand’s word from a single franchise. If a location tells you something different from this page, trust the location and tell us.
