Is Wingstop halal?

No halal claim

Wingstop makes no halal claim for its US restaurants on its official site.

The longer answer

Wingstop's US support and allergen pages (checked October 2026) cover ordering, nutrition and allergens and say nothing about halal sourcing or certification. Halal Monitoring Services' guide (updated September 2026) says HMS has not inspected or certified Wingstop and lists its status as not verified. Wingstop UK is a separate operation: Zabihah quotes its FAQ as saying its chicken is halal, supplied by Gafoors of Preston, which does not apply to US restaurants. We found no brand or news documentation of a halal US franchise.

What to check before you order

There is no brand halal claim to check. If a location says its meat is halal, ask to see the supplier's halal certificate.

How we decide

We only report what the company or its certifier has said publicly, and we link to it below. We do not test food, and we do not take a brand’s word from a single franchise. If a location tells you something different from this page, trust the location and tell us.
