Is Annie's Fruit Snacks halal?
Annie's describes its Organic Bunny Fruit Snacks as gelatin free and vegan, but the brand makes no halal claim and has no halal certification.
The longer answer
Annie's product page for Organic Berry Patch Bunny Fruit Flavored Snacks (checked October 2026) says they "are gluten free, gelatin free, and vegan". The Summer Strawberry bunny snacks are likewise described as vegan and gluten free.
Annie's FAQ says the company discloses all ingredients on the ingredient statement on its packaging, and that ingredients may vary from one package to another because of reformulation. It points shoppers to a Special Diets page with gluten free and vegan filters. There is no halal filter.
We found no halal statement or halal certification from Annie's or its owner General Mills.
What to check before you order
Check that the box says gelatin free or vegan, since Annie's sells several fruit snack lines. The ingredient list on the pack is the most current source.
How we decide
We only report what the company or its certifier has said publicly, and we link to it below. We do not test food, and we do not take a brand’s word from a single franchise. If a location tells you something different from this page, trust the location and tell us.
