Is Capri Sun halal?
Capri Sun makes no halal claim in the US. The pouch ingredient lists on Kraft Heinz's site are water, sugar, fruit juice concentrates and flavor, with no gelatin or carmine.
The longer answer
Kraft Heinz's US Capri Sun product pages (checked October 2026) make no halal or kosher statement.
The ingredients listed for Capri Sun Fruit Punch are filtered water, sugar, pear, grape and orange juice concentrates, citric acid, monk fruit concentrate, apple juice concentrate, natural flavor and mushroom extract (to protect quality). Moon Punch Wild Cherry lists filtered water, sugar, pear and cherry juice concentrates, citric acid, grape and apple juice concentrates, monk fruit concentrate, natural flavor and mushroom extract.
No gelatin, carmine or added color is listed on either page. "Natural flavor" is not broken down. We did not check every flavor or the Hydrate and 100% juice lines, and we found no halal certification for Capri Sun in the US.
What to check before you order
Read the ingredient list on the box for the flavor you buy, since the range changes often. There is no halal logo on US Capri Sun.
