Is Electrolit halal?
Electrolit says yes: its US FAQ states that Electrolit is kosher and halal certified, though the FAQ does not name the halal certifier.
The longer answer
Electrolit's US FAQ (checked October 2026) asks "Is Electrolit kosher/halal?" and answers: "Yes, Electrolit is kosher and halal certified." The FAQ does not name the certifying body, and we could not confirm the certificate on a certifier's website, so we list this as a company statement.
A Costco Business Center listing for Electrolit Grape also shows "Halal" and "Kosher" under certifications. That is a retailer listing, not a certificate.
The same FAQ gives the ingredients. Electrolit Instant Hydration: water, dextrose monohydrate, natural flavorings, sodium lactate, citric acid, potassium chloride, malic acid, molasses, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, salt, steviol glycosides, sucralose, glycerol ester of wood rosin, FD&C Blue No. 1 and sucrose acetate isobutyrate. No gelatin or carmine is listed for the drink, the Zero version or the powder. The FAQ also says Electrolit contains no caffeine.
What to check before you order
Look for a halal mark on the bottle and see which certifier it names, since the company's FAQ does not say. Colors and flavorings differ by flavor, so read the label of the one you buy.
How we decide
We only report what the company or its certifier has said publicly, and we link to it below. We do not test food, and we do not take a brand’s word from a single franchise. If a location tells you something different from this page, trust the location and tell us.
