Is Liquid Death halal?

No halal claim

Liquid Death makes no halal claim. Despite the name, it sells canned water, sparkling water, iced tea and energy drinks, and says all its beverages are vegan.

The longer answer

Liquid Death's FAQ (checked October 2026) does not mention halal. Its product range, as the FAQ describes it, is still and sparkling Mountain Water, soda-flavored sparkling waters, iced teas and energy drinks. The FAQ presents all of them as waters, teas and energy drinks, whatever the branding suggests.

On animal ingredients the FAQ says: "Yes, all of our beverages are gluten free and vegan." It also says only the iced teas and energy drinks contain caffeine, and that the waters and soda-flavored sparkling waters are caffeine-free.

The product page for the soda-flavored sparkling variety pack (Killer Cola, Severed Lime, Doctor Death, Rootbeer Wrath) is marked "Certified Kosher". The page did not show ingredient lists as text, so we do not report them. We found no halal certification.

What to check before you order

There is no halal logo. Read the can for the ingredient list, and remember that names like Rootbeer Wrath and Killer Cola are flavored sparkling waters. Check the caffeine content if you pick an iced tea or energy drink.

How we decide

We only report what the company or its certifier has said publicly, and we link to it below. We do not test food, and we do not take a brand’s word from a single franchise. If a location tells you something different from this page, trust the location and tell us.
