Is Red Bull halal?
Red Bull's US website makes no halal claim.
The longer answer
Red Bull's US questions-and-answers pages (checked October 2026) do not mention halal. They include questions on whether Red Bull Energy Drink is vegan and suitable for vegetarians, but we could not load the answers to quote them.
Third-party sites say Red Bull is halal-certified in some Muslim-majority countries and that its taurine is synthetic. We could not verify either point from an official Red Bull source in this check, so we are not asserting them.
In short: no US halal certification claim found, and no official ingredient concern confirmed either way.
What to check before you order
Read the can's ingredient list and look for a halal mark; we found no halal certification claim for US cans. If certification matters to you, ask Red Bull directly or buy a can that has a local halal mark printed on it.
How we decide
We only report what the company or its certifier has said publicly, and we link to it below. We do not test food, and we do not take a brand’s word from a single franchise. If a location tells you something different from this page, trust the location and tell us.
