Is Orbit gum halal?

No halal claim

Orbit makes no halal claim; its US contact and help page does not mention halal or ingredient sources.

The longer answer

Orbit's US contact and help page (checked October 2026) answers questions about shelf life, xylitol and pets and does not mention halal, gelatin or stearic acid. The products page does not carry a halal statement either. We found no statement from Mars Wrigley on these pages about the source of the gum base or softeners in US Orbit, and no US halal certifier.

What to check before you order

Read the ingredient list on the pack for gelatin and stearic acid, and contact Mars Wrigley if you need the source confirmed.

How we decide

We only report what the company or its certifier has said publicly, and we link to it below. We do not test food, and we do not take a brand’s word from a single franchise. If a location tells you something different from this page, trust the location and tell us.
