Is Ring Pop halal?

No halal claim

Ring Pop hard candy lists sugar, corn syrup, lactic acid, flavors and colors with no gelatin, but the brand makes no halal claim.

The longer answer

The Ring Pop website's page for the 24 count party pack (checked October 2026) gives a separate ingredient list for each flavor. Watermelon, for example, is sugar, corn syrup, lactic acid, sodium lactate, artificial flavor, turmeric (color) and Blue 1. Cherry is sugar, corn syrup, lactic acid, sodium lactate, natural and artificial flavors and Red 40. No gelatin or carmine appears in the flavors we read.

The same page describes the pack as kosher. The FAQ link on the Ring Pop site returned an error when we checked, so we could not read any company statement on dietary questions.

We found no halal statement or halal certification from Ring Pop. Other Ring Pop branded products, such as gummies, have their own recipes and were not checked.

What to check before you order

Read the ingredient list on the pack, and check any gummy or chewy Ring Pop product separately for gelatin.

How we decide

We only report what the company or its certifier has said publicly, and we link to it below. We do not test food, and we do not take a brand’s word from a single franchise. If a location tells you something different from this page, trust the location and tell us.
