Is Fairlife halal?

No halal claim

Fairlife makes no halal claim; its FAQ says all Fairlife products are kosher and does not mention halal.

The longer answer

Fairlife's FAQ (checked October 2026) says "all fairlife products are kosher" and that a lactase enzyme is used to remove lactose. It does not mention halal and does not state the source of the lactase enzyme. Kosher certification is a separate standard and is not a halal certification. We found no US halal certifier for Fairlife milk, Core Power or Nutrition Plan shakes.

What to check before you order

There is no halal mark on the bottle that we could confirm. Contact Fairlife if you need the enzyme source confirmed.

How we decide

We only report what the company or its certifier has said publicly, and we link to it below. We do not test food, and we do not take a brand’s word from a single franchise. If a location tells you something different from this page, trust the location and tell us.
