Is Foster Farms halal?
Foster Farms makes no halal claim that we could find: its website returns no results for halal and its product pages do not mention halal slaughter or certification.
The longer answer
A search for "halal" on the Foster Farms website (checked October 2026) returns the message "No results found for "halal"." The product page we read, for Free Range Party Chicken Wings, describes the chicken as antibiotic-free and air chilled and includes a short FAQ about free range and air chilling. It says nothing about halal slaughter or certification.
Parts of the Foster Farms site would not load for us, so we could not read every page. On the pages we did read, we found no halal statement and no named certifier.
Plain fresh chicken has no added ingredients to worry about, so the open question for Foster Farms is the slaughter itself, and the company does not address it publicly.
What to check before you order
Look for a halal certifier's mark on the package; we found none claimed. For a direct answer on slaughter method, contact Foster Farms through its website.
How we decide
We only report what the company or its certifier has said publicly, and we link to it below. We do not test food, and we do not take a brand’s word from a single franchise. If a location tells you something different from this page, trust the location and tell us.
