Is Marshmallow Fluff halal?

No halal claim

Marshmallow Fluff makes no halal claim; the maker lists no gelatin, only corn syrup, sugar, egg white and flavor.

The longer answer

Durkee-Mower's Marshmallow Fluff site (checked October 2026) lists the ingredients as corn syrup, sugar, egg white and artificial flavor, and adds beet juice color and natural flavor for Strawberry Fluff. No gelatin is listed. The FAQ says Fluff is kosher and gluten free. It does not mention halal, and we found no halal certifier.

What to check before you order

Read the ingredient list on the jar; the maker's list has no gelatin. There is no halal mark.

How we decide

We only report what the company or its certifier has said publicly, and we link to it below. We do not test food, and we do not take a brand’s word from a single franchise. If a location tells you something different from this page, trust the location and tell us.
