Is Philadelphia cream cheese halal?
Philadelphia makes no halal claim on its US site; its FAQ does not mention halal or enzyme sources.

The Philadelphia US FAQ (checked October 2026) covers storage, softening and recipes and does not mention halal, kosher, rennet or enzyme sources. We found no current Kraft Heinz page stating whether any enzyme or stabilizer in US Philadelphia is animal-derived, and no US halal certifier. Recipes for products sold under the same name in other countries can differ.
What to check before you order
Read the ingredient list on the tub or brick for the flavor you are buying, and contact Kraft Heinz if you need a source confirmed.
