Is Snack Pack halal?
Snack Pack makes no halal claim. The Juicy Gels and pudding ingredient lists we read show no gelatin: the gels are set with carrageenan and konjac flour.
The longer answer
Snack Pack (Conagra Brands) publishes ingredients through SmartLabel. The SmartLabel page for Strawberry Juicy Gels (checked October 2026) lists water, sugar, apple juice from concentrate, and under 2 percent of carrageenan, adipic acid, citric acid, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, konjac flour, xanthan gum, natural and artificial flavor and Red 40. No gelatin is listed, even though the brand's website describes the product as a "strawberry flavored gelatin".
The chocolate pudding lists we read (a Dove Dark Chocolate pudding and a Naturals Chocolate Vanilla pudding) show water, nonfat milk, sugar, corn starch, palm oil, cocoa, salt and flavor, with no gelatin.
Snack Pack's website says its Juicy Gels are kosher. It does not mention halal, and we found no halal certification.
What to check before you order
Check the cup pack for gelatin, since flavors and limited editions vary. Natural and artificial flavors are not broken down on the label.
How we decide
We only report what the company or its certifier has said publicly, and we link to it below. We do not test food, and we do not take a brand’s word from a single franchise. If a location tells you something different from this page, trust the location and tell us.
