Is The Laughing Cow halal?
The Laughing Cow makes no halal claim on its US site; its FAQ says the cheese is not certified kosher and does not mention halal.
The longer answer
The Laughing Cow US FAQ (checked October 2026) says its products are not certified kosher and are suitable for lacto-vegetarian diets. It does not mention halal, rennet or enzyme sources. We found no US halal certifier. Products sold under the same name in other countries are made to local recipes; we did not verify any overseas certification for this entry, and it would not cover the US product.
What to check before you order
There is no halal mark on US packs. Contact Bel Brands USA if you need the enzyme source confirmed.
